The General Partner’s principal decision makers with regard to the Partnership are: Barry Kaplan, Andrew Kaplan and Lawrence Kaplan.

Barry Kaplan.  Barry Kaplan is a founder of the General Partner and the Management Company.   For the past 27 years, he has owned and operated Aim Capital Corporation, d/b/a Barry Kaplan Associates, a leading financial public relations firm offering investor relations services to both Public and Private companies operating in the US, Canada and abroad.

Andrew Kaplan.  Andrew Kaplan is a founder of the General Partner and the Management Company.  For the past 15 years has been a vice president of Barry Kaplan Associates a leading public relations firm offering investor relations services to both Public and Private companies.  He is a graduate with a BSBA in Finance and Insurance from the University of Hartford.

Lawrence Kaplan.  Lawrence Kaplan is a founder of the General Partner and the Management Company.  For the past 15 years has been a vice president of Barry Kaplan Associates a leading public relations firm offering investor relations services to both Public and Private companies. He is a graduate of  with a BS in Advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
